Warehouse Wish List...

I literally cannot get enough of Warehouse at the moment!

And as I am the Warehouse Brand Specialist at Outfit, I thought I would share some of my favourite pieces we have in store and online now.

I first began working for Warehouse when I was 16, in the middle of my GCSE'S at school. Never in a million years did I think I'd still be working for them 9 years later, but my love for the brand has grown so much over that time. (I have also undertaken a work placement within their design department, which was absolutely amazing, but I'll save that for another day!) I'm not sure if it's due to the fact I've got older, and my style has matured from been a teenager, or simply due to the fact that season after season Warehouse just seems to get better and better!

Yes I love other high street brands, but there is something about Warehouse that sets them apart from the rest. I think its their clean, minimal approach to everyday dressing. Warehouse don't 'try hard' to keep up with the trends, yes they dip into them, but they also have an appeal to women of all ages, who aren't necessarily trying to be 'trendy' and are more looking for pieces that they can work into their wardrobe for years to come.

In the 9 years I have worked for Warehouse (both in the solus store, and in Outfit) I have never seen a season quite as strong as this. Warehouse are ticking so many boxes right now. From simple mix and match jersey & denim basics, wear anywhere shirts and shirt dresses, to knitwear that can literally be worn whatever the weather and Warehouse always have such a diverse display of seasonal knits, ranging from soft, fine, barely there  to big fluffy, keep me snug as a bug knits!

As this time of year can be quite tricky with trans-seasonal dressing, brands have to have all areas covered, and Warehouse do this effortlessly. I have grouped together some of my favourite themes they are chanelling at the minute, and some of the favourite looks I'll be coveting this season!

Hopefully these may inspire you, and if you're not a Warehouse shopper, I strongly advise having a little look around their website or local store, as I really feel you won't be disappointed.

Military, khaki and neutral colours are going to be big news this season, and Warehouse have hit the nail on the head with their 'Modern Utility' theme. Think army luxe, with bold separates. This look can be worked with denim and chunky knits, or chiffon and matt black accessories.

There is literally a shirt for every style and occasion in Warehouse at the minute, it was hard to pick my favourites, as I literally have so many! The shirt dress can be dressed up (as seen above) with chunky black boots, or dress it down with some relaxed denim and flats. Shirts are such a versatile piece, and can literally be worn all year round.
At the minute I love to pair my shirts with a cropped jumper, but come Spring/Summer I'll be wearing them loose and open with some ripped denim.

You can usually find a Breton stripe in high street stores all year round. However this season, Warehouse have pretty much got it covered whatever kind of stripe you're looking for.
I absolutely love how versatile stripes are, for example, you could pair this leather look 60's inspired mini dress with a striped long sleeved top underneath for daytime cool, or pair the leather look pencil skirt with a slouchy basic jersey tee and chunky leather boots as shown above.
Stripes adapt with each season, wether they feature on a knitted jumper, or a jersey dress, they are a go to basic that every capsule wardrobe should have!

Lastly I thought I'd show you some of the beautiful images of the new Warehouse SS/15 Campaign.
